2 Mangos (peeled, seeded and diced) 2 Avocados (peeled, pitted, and diced) 8 Medium Tomatoes (diced) 2 Jalapeno Peppers (seeded and minced) 1Cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped) 6 Cloves Garlic (minced) 2 Teaspoons Salt 4 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice 1/2 Cup Red Onion (chopped) 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1. Combine the mango, avocado, tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro, and garlic in a large bowl.
2. Mix in the salt, lime juice, red onion, and olive oil.
3. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving to blend the flavors.
If you don’t want to make so much salsa just take this recipe down by half. This recipe is meant to be taken to a picnic.
