Avocado Tomato And Mango Salsa

This salsa is so fresh and tangy with the taste and texture combination of the mangos with the avocados and tomatoes. It’s a family favorite.
Ingredients -

2 Mangos (peeled, seeded and diced)
2 Avocados (peeled, pitted, and diced)
8 Medium Tomatoes (diced)
2 Jalapeno Peppers (seeded and minced)
1Cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
6 Cloves Garlic (minced)
2 Teaspoons Salt
4 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Red Onion (chopped)
6 Tablespoons Olive Oil

 
Preparation:

1. Combine the mango, avocado, tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro, and garlic in a large bowl.

2. Mix in the salt, lime juice, red onion, and olive oil.

3. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving to blend the flavors.

If you don’t want to make so much salsa just take this recipe down by half. This recipe is meant to be taken to a picnic.

This is just a great salsa on so many things besides being wonderful on warm tortilla chips. I love it to my eggs in the morning and on fish as well.
