I love salsa because it’s so customizable. You can make one batch and wait until the end to put in the Chile pepper in case you have a family member that doesn’t like it as hot as you do.
Ingredients -
2 Ripe Tomatoes (diced)
2 Green Bell Peppers (diced)
1 Medium White Onion (diced)
1/2 Bunch Fresh Cilantro
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Jalapeno Chile Pepper (diced)
Preparation:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, green bell peppers, white onion, cilantro and lemon juice.
2. Add jalapeno Chile pepper, you can use more or less based on your liking.
3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
Cooking Tip
Fresh Vegetables
Make sure you always use best and the freshest vegetables you can find. Try getting your vegetables at the local farmers markets, they always taste the best.
Cooking Tip
Ingredient Chopping
You want to always cut up salsa ingredients finely and equal size. That way when you dip your chips you get equal amounts of the ingredients.
